Lily of the Valley Ministry is a Catholic lay ministry in the Diocese of Raleigh that prayerfully supports families facing infertility, prenatal diagnosis, pregnancy loss, and infant loss with beauty, prayer, dignity, and by increasing community awareness—making Christ’s love visible in their grief.
We do this by offering:- Prayer Based Support to Families — prayer care packages filled with beauty, hope, and the love of Christ
- Community Events — gatherings for remembrance, healing, and prayer
- Education & Outreach — speaking opportunities and resource development aimed to increase awareness and help the Church accompany families with dignity and compassion

We're looking for help here at St. Andrew...
We are looking to promote this ministry here at St. Andrew. We are in particular need for a parish liaison who can assist our parish staff to gather information and get the word out to our parish families who could use the support and assistance of Lily of the Valley.
In addition, the ministry is in need of crocheters who can assist in making prayer squares which are given to grieving families in prayer care packages. Contact Katie if you'd like more information about this!
