The Fall Morning Bible Study would like to invite fellow parishioners to join in our study of, Epic: The Early Church. This is a Study of the Church’s First Five Hundred Years. We will begin on Friday, September 11th at 9:45 – 11:15 a.m. in Room 8 near the parish receptionist desk. Sign up is required and will close on September 4th. Materials can be ordered here.

Below is a more detailed description of the study:
Epic: The Early Church is a ten-session study that explores the people, places, and events that shaped the Church’s first five hundred years. Alongside this study, Epic: A Journey Through Church History examines the full two-thousand-year history of the Catholic Church.

During this remarkable period, courageous saints, brilliant theologians, and heroic martyrs helped shape the early Church while facing persecution and opposition. This study highlights key events such as the Roman persecutions, the first ecumenical councils, and the challenges faced by the Church Fathers as they defended the Faith. Throughout each session of this study, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Church’s beginnings and be inspired by the faith of the early Christians.
