In living our vision to “Love God, Serve Neighbor, and Nurture Disciples,” we offer all faith formation and sacramental preparation programs at no charge. It is our hope, as you prayerfully consider your family’s commitments, that you will support the parish with your time, talent and treasure as faithful stewards.
You are most welcome to attend with your family even if you are not Catholic. It is our joy to partner with you in raising your child in the Catholic faith.
Yes and yes! When we meet, we’ll eat. We believe there is great value in family meals. We also know that your family schedules are busy, so we’ve tried to make things easier for you. For the Sunday Afternoon session, lunch will be available after Mass and before the start of the program.
It is never too early to teach your child about Jesus and how much God loves them! However, formal faith formation is required beginning in first grade if you would like your child to be eligible to celebrate First Reconciliation and First Communion in second grade.
Yes! Our Families Encountering Christ program welcomes children as young as Kindergarteners who are age 5 by August 31. In addition, the Sunday Afternoon sessions will provide a Pray and Play Program for Pre-K and K children. The At-Home faith formation program offers a Kindergarten component in addition to a curriculum for grades 1-5.
We also invite preschoolers and elementary aged kids to join us for Children’s Liturgy of the Word on Sunday mornings. CLOW is offered during both Masses on Sundays from September – June.
Faith Formation for youth in Grades 6 – 12 consists of two components: GRACE Events and either Families Encountering Christ or the Home Program. In addition, monthly youth nights are scheduled and open to everyone regardless of participation in Faith Formation!
Youth Ministry also encompasses additional opportunities for youth in grades 6-12 to come together for social, service, and spiritual events. Check the Youth Ministry website for upcoming events.
Yes. Sacramental preparation requires parish-based faith formation, Catholic School, or Catholic Home School. Please see the Confirmation page for more information.
We hope those in middle and high school will come as often as they can! Youth Nights provide an opportunity for youth to pray together and build community. And have some fun, too! Learn more here!
Absolutely! We would LOVE to have them at all eight Youth Nights, parish GRACE Events, and any additional Youth Ministry events that are scheduled throughout the year.
