Early Childhood Center Director
The Early Childhood Center Director provides spiritual, educational, and operational leadership to foster a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where young children can grow in faith and academic readiness. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring staff, managing daily operations in compliance with state licensing and diocesan standards, and implementing curriculum that integrates Catholic values. As a leader of the school community, the director builds strong partnerships with parents, acting as a liaison between families, parish staff, and administration to support the holistic development of each child.
