Come Experience T’ai ChiTai Chi involves learning 6 moves and a couple of transition sequences. Then you’ll use those moves to follow along while listening to American Folk Music. Chairs will be available if needed. Wear comfortable shoes.The group gathers in Room 214 during the summer on Tuesdays from 10:15 to 10:45, then slow, gentle tai chi exercises start at 10:45 for an hour.
