  Before you begin...
  Verify the availability of the room you want to reserve by checking the Parish Calendar to see the availability of the rooms on the required dates.
  Review the Facility Guidelines. Use of facilities at St. Andrew’s requires complying with the facility guidelines.

  Please Note:
  No phone requests will be accepted.
  Requests will be processed within 2 working days.
  You will be notified only if there is a problem with your reservation.
  You may be assigned a different room than you requested,
  so please verify your room reservation by checking the event calendar
  or the bulletin board in the parish office.
  Room reservations are limited to St. Andrew’s ministries and groups.

- Facilities Problem Report
  
  If your space was not left in order or you have any problems with the space, fill out a Facilities Problem Report and return it to the main office. A group with three problem reports filed against them will be suspended from using space at St. Andrew’s.

- Canceling or Modifying Room Reservations
  
  To cancel or modify a room reservations contact Tina at [email protected] with the date and room you want to cancel or modify. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that the reservation has been canceled or changed.
